Part-Time Office Manager - Birmingham (30 Hours per Week, Up to £30K)

Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to manage office facilities, ensure a smooth-running workplace, and enhance the employee experience.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace. You will oversee facilities management, health & safety compliance, vendor coordination, and office services while supporting employee engagement and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee office operations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure a high-functioning workspace? Manage office budgets, suppliers, and service contracts to maintain cost efficiency? Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and regular inspections? Champion sustainability initiatives and implement environmentally friendly practices? Coordinate office events, company meetings, and employee support services? Leverage digital tools to improve processes and enhance office efficiency

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in Office Management / Facilities Management
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative workplace
  • Proficiency with office technology and a keen interest in digital process improvement
