- Serving as the Primary Office Contact for Trustees
- Handling Office Contracts (e.g., phones, services)
- Organising and Printing Quarterly Newsletters
- Conducting Audits
- Performing Month & Year-End Procedures
- Managing Sales Ledger (Invoicing, Payment Allocation)
- Performing Bank Reconciliation
- Handling Credit Control
- Cash Flow/Forecasting Monthly Management Accounts
- Budgeting
- Payroll Management
- Staff Expenses Management
- Managing Journals (Opening Balances)
- Preparing VAT Returns
- Handling HMRC Documents (e.g., P11D)
- Ability to Build and Maintain Relationships
- AAT Qualified (Desirable)

- 35 hours per week, primarily office-based with some home/hybrid working.
- Some availability to work out of hours may be required (e.g., to attend evening or weekend events and meetings). Time off in lieu will be offered.
