Primary School Office ManagerBased in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham£15-£16phYour new companyA Primary School based in North Birmingham is looking for an Office Manager to join their dynamic school. This is an outstanding school that is passionate about the education it provides its pupils. The role will be 8am to 4pm. This will be a long term role to start in September 2024.Your new roleWorking alongside the Business Manager, you will be taking responsibility income banking, processing invoices, and supporting with single central records and finance. You will also be responsible for staff management and training, as well as admissions, census and recruitment. You must hold sims experience.What you'll need to succeedYou will have recognised management experience in all of the above areas. You will be a resilient individual with the ability to work under pressure and be able to meet conflicting deadlines. You will be an organised individual with the ability to manage different functions of the school as well as excellent communication skills (including written, oral and presentation skills).
