PA to the HeadteacherDuties and Responsibilities:- To work with the Headteacher on Strategy documents and the Whole School Development Plan, using key documents to plan, prepare and priortise future workload. - To co-ordinate, organise and manage the Headteacher’s diary and professional appointments, making decisions around priorities and ensuring the Headteacher is suitably prepared. - To undertake confidential work for the Headteacher such as preparation of letters and reports. - To provide full administrative support to the Headteacher in respect of preparation and action points for Governing Body and other internal and external meetings.- To prepare Headteacher’s reports for Governors.- To maintain an up to date governing body policy review schedule and work planner and prepare policies for the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to review in a timely manner. - To ensure any approved policy changes are updated on school based systems.- To prepare Headteacher’s presentations to staff. - To support the Communications Lead with generating letters, newsletters, and social media messages on behalf of the Headteacher. - To assist in preparing for Ofsted inspections, including understanding updated requirements and managing essential documents and materials. Maintain an ‘Ofsted ready’ folder on behalf of the Headteacher. - Such other duties as may be commensurate with the grade and nature of the post.Hours: 36.5 hours a weekPay: £11.70-£15.80
