We are working with a Further Education establishment, based in South Birmingham, who are recruiting for a HR Administrator on a temporary basis for four months.

They are looking for someone who would be available to start in the next few weeks and are able to pay £14-16ph depending on experience.

This role would suit a knowledgeable HR Administrator, experienced in supporting with general HR administration and recruitment processes.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing general HR Administration support to the HR team
  • Coordinating recruitment processes including interviews, liaising with interview panels and administrating candidate processes
  • Completing pre-employment checks including RTW, DBS checks and referencing
  • Handling general HR-related enquiries and providing advice in relation to policies
  • Supporting with absence process including initial absence review meetings

Experience required:

  • Experience working within HR
  • Ideally L3 CIPD

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Understanding of good practice, current legislation and policy within education
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people in various settings

Working hours:

  • 37 Hours p/week (p-time options considered)
  • 8:00 - 4:30 (Mon - Thurs)
  • 8:00 - 4:00 (Fri)
