Job Opportunity: Multi-Trade Carpenter in Birmingham
Daniel Owen are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our team. If you have a solid background in building repairs and maintenance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry and joinery skills
- Fire door fitting and repairs
- Kitchen repairs and replacements
- Fire stopping
- Plumbing
- Plaster patching
- Tiling and grouting
- Locksmithing
- Fault finding (e.g., fitting fire doors, leaking showers, replacing kitchen worktops, units, etc.)
- Fencing experience
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualifications and/or experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Job Details:
- Hourly Rate: 20-23 per hour (CIS)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 4:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Long term - ongoing work
- Van and Fuel card included
