Role: Multi-Skilled Operative

Start Date: 21/10/2024

Hours: Various shifts available between 8AM-6PM

Pay: 12.00 Per hour

Location: Birmingham

Office Angels National Accounts are looking for a candidate to provide on-going support to their client in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be confident using computers and have a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided by the client on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all mail, courier, stationery tasks, records management and reprographics services provided within the One Stop Shop
  • Able to do manual handling task
  • Prepare mail and files for digital scanning by removing fixtures and fastenings
  • Scanning of hard copy mail/files into PDF format using high speed scanners
  • Scanning of records
  • Quality checking scanned copy against physical mail/file item to ensure all pages have been scanned
  • Receiving inbound couriers and booking outbound couriers
  • Ensuring work is competed in a timely fashion and of the highest quality
  • Full understanding of workflow processes and procedures
  • Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by management.
  • Take responsibility for meeting targets
  • Carry out administrative tasks as necessary
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Develop positive and professional relationships with customers Create and maintain highest levels of customer confidence by providing a flexible and responsive service, exceeding expectations where possible.
  • Develop an understanding of the customer's business
  • To ensure all possible deadlines are achieved and managed in conformance with the SLAs
