Are you passionate about early years education and ready to join and support some fantastic Nurseries and Day Nurseries located across Birmingham? If you're a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant looking for a part-time, flexible and full-time opportunities, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

Join a thriving nursery team working across Birmingham and the West Midlands dedicated to creating nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environments for children to learn and grow across the region. As a valued Nursery Assistant, you'll be covering periods of absence, covering Maternity contracts, and providing adhoc agency cover supporting children aged 0-5 years, planning exciting activities, promoting learning through play, and ensuring every child feels supported and valued.

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent qualification
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach to supporting children's development

The Setting:

With nurseries situated across Birmingham and the West Midlands, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of settings supporting nursery aged children. We work with a large volume of nurseries with shift and operational times anywhere from 06:30am until 06:30pm. Shift blocks are available in as little as 3 hour shifts up to full days and full time roles working Monday to Friday in school term time for the most part and shift work available in school holidays for our Day Nurseries. It gives an opportunity to try out numerous EYFS Settings across the borough and build a bank of nurseries you can return to week in week out whilst allowing shift flexibility around your personal life outside of work.
