Testing and Validation: Plan, design, and execute testing strategies for reports and data flows across their ERP system (SYSPro), focusing on Crystal Reports and SQL integrations.

Data Analysis: Analyse and verify SQL queries, ensuring they meet business needs and operate efficiently.
