What will you do as an Accounts Payable / Payroll Assistant?
- Ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of the (AP) function.
- Efficiently managing supplier invoices & processing through to payment
- Handling supplier queries via phone and email
- Supporting the payroll function for over 100 employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records for all employee records
- Accurately data entry payroll, including, salaries, overtime, shift, benefit deductions, maternity/paternity allowances, sickness.
What do you need as an Accounts Payable / Payroll Assistant?
- Previous experience within AP & Payroll is essential
- Have knowledge of payroll calculations & payroll input
- Ensure that payroll information is collected in the most efficient manner
- System knowledge of SAGE Accounting desirable
