Description
- Monitor Payroll data collection process and adhere to deadlines to facilitate payroll processing
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee information for payroll purposes
- Liaise with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support the creation of SmartTime (Kronos T&A) data and TRS data from sites to ensure a smooth transfer to payroll data to live payroll
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Checking and reconciling site payroll reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders for payroll-related projects and initiatives
- Handle employee inquiries about payroll
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes
Profile
A successful Payroll Analyst should have:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of payroll software
- Understanding of end-to-end payroll
- Confident user in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated and positive with a 'can do' attitude
