Part-Time Payroll Clerk required for an excellent business in Kenilworth on a permanent contract. The business is seeking a forward-thinking individual, with monthly payroll experience to join the team & hit the ground running. Salary: £32,000 per annum (pro-rata - 30 hours a week) Key Responsibilities Processing monthly payroll (250 employees) Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all employee data is current and compliant. Ensure all payroll practices adhere to relevant legislation and HMRC guidelines. Generate and review payroll reports, providing insights and supporting management decision-making. Work closely with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll queries and improve processes. Requirements: Experience of processing end to end monthly payroll Good with excel, eg Vlook ups and Pivot Tables. Proven experience in a payroll administration role or similar. Excellent numerical skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy. Familiarity with payroll software and strong Excel skills. Ability to perform manual gross to net calculations.
