Hourly Rate: £25 - £28 per hour

Hunter AHP are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Dispensary Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with previous outpatient hospital experience to contribute to an essential part of healthcare in the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensing medications for outpatient services
- Ensuring compliance with NHS and hospital protocols
- Providing expert advice on medication management to patients and healthcare teams
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Contributing to the efficient running of the dispensary department
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an outpatient hospital pharmacy setting is essential
- Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Full-time availability with the flexibility to work ongoing hours
