We are looking for an experience Data & Compliance Manager from the Apprenticeship sector. This is a well respected Apprenticeship business with 1400 learners on program and growing!

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage an internal audit cycle
- Oversee and ensure the quality of ILR submission
- Maintain data health and ensure compliance with ESFA
- Manage and lead a team of two compliance officers
- Technology enabled data reporting (Aptem) and producing Data insights for the COO.
- Prepare for ESFA audits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data, compliance & audit tole within Apprenticeships
- Familiarity with Aptem, or other learning/performance EdTech would be advantageous.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in data management
- Experience managing compliance of a learner base of c1,400 to 2,500 learners
- Ability to set up and manage internal audit cycles
