Junior Business Compliance - UKI & EUMidlands based (Regular Travel Required)Applicants MUST be flexible to travel and stay away from homeOur client, A market leader in the provision of Integrated Stores and Supply Chain Management Solutions for Blue Chip Companies in the UK and Europe is looking for a driven individual to join the Continuous Improvement team as a Compliance Executive.As a Junior Compliance Executive you will be required to conduct Operational Excellence Assessments (Internal audits) to all key areas of the business, predominantly the 100+ manufacturing stores based on client sites across the UK, Ireland & Europe, to support the Business Compliance Manager in external audits for ISO 9001 & 14001, To support the Business Compliance Manager with Risk assessments, Accident investigations, & Target Zero Campaigns.As a Junior Compliance Executive you will be required to:Undertake Operational Excellence (OpEx) assessments and to produce a report of activities, findings, and recommendations for improvementEnsure all stores and functions achieve Gold or Platinum status for their OpEx.Delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for OpEx completion/schedule, OpEx reporting, & OpEx distributionAchieve agreed timeframes for risk assessment and method statement completionAchieve SLAs for distribution and reporting of Safety, Health, and Environmental TrainingMaintaining ISO standards and supporting documentation.Support with OpEx development and maturityMentoring and developing stores envoys and office functions to deliver Gold or Platinum status for their Operational Excellence Assessments.Promotion of Health & Safety in the workplace always and encourage best practice.Analysing trends in Operational Excellence performanceSupport with business reportingSupport Business Compliance Manager with management of health and safety training via learning platformThe successful Compliance Executive will have:Auditing experience at graduate or entry levelAccess to own car & full UK driving licence ISO qualificationGood Communication skillsEnvironment, Health & Safety background at graduate or entry levelIOSH & NEBOSH (Desirable but can be put through training)In return our client will offer:Single person private medical insurancePension at 5% EE, 3%ERRetail discount schemesFree Employee Assistance Programme - Legal, medical and financial adviceCareer and training development opportunitiesCycle to work schemeOption to buy additional holidaysCompany share saving scheme - subject to qualifying periodClick APPLY NOW to register your interest!Please Note: If you use our online application system, you will provide the requested information to Curve Group who provide this online service for us.
