Zest Education are working with a reputable school in Castle Bromwich and are seeking a full-time Year 4 Class Teacher to join them in September 2024 on a long term basis.

The schools main aim is for all children to be the best that they can be, to be able to be independent critical thinkers who are inspired by their learning and experience success.

As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate a group of enthusiastic students, helping them reach their full potential academically and socially. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum for Year 4, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth and development- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for students- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience for students
