Their committed and passionate staff work tirelessly to ensure that each student achieves their full potential and develops a love for learning.Position: Primary Graduate Teaching AssistantRole and Responsibilities:As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Providing one-on-one support to students who may require extra help in specific subjects.
Supporting students with their individual learning and development goals.
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
Preparing teaching materials and resources.
Contributing to the school's extracurricular activities and events.
Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any subject.
Passion for education and a desire to work with primary school children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners.
A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school.
