- Collaborate with the class teachers to support the delivery of creative and engaging lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of our students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional assistance in specific subjects or areas of development.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, fostering a love for learning and promoting positive behaviour amongst students.
- Assist in planning and organizing educational activities and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Supervise students during break times and other school activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Strong passion for working with primary school children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or voluntary capacity is desirable but not essential.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
