Sonic Summary
- Aspire People is recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant in Castle Bromwich to support a Reception child with Autism and complex needs.
- The position requires a minimum of 6 months of experience in a Primary School and experience working with children with SEND.
- Candidates must hold a Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification and have an updated DBS on the update service.
- The role offers a salary of £100 joining bonus after 10 days worked and additional benefits such as holiday pay and a recommend-a-friend scheme.
- The position is available ASAP on a full-time basis, working 5 days a week.
This role will be working on a 1:1 basis with a Reception child with Autism, Complex needs, and challenging behaviour, so requires a teaching assistant with strong behaviour management,and previous experience with personal care and working with children wtih SEND.
This role starts ASAP - Ongoing, and will be 5 days a week.
Requirements for our Teaching Assistant Roles:
*Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification (or an equivalent for ratio purposes)
*Experience with children who have additional needs
*Experience within a Primary School (preferably 6+ months)
*Updated and clean DBS on the update service.
*The ability to inspire children.
*To work as part of a team
