Product Development Co-ordinator

Gleeson Recruitment are recruiting for a Product Development Co-ordinator to keep things running smoothly for our client in Central Birmingham. You'll manage product samples, chase third party contacts, update product details, and help with meetings. No two days are the same!

What you'll do:

  • Track deadlines, samples, and product details
  • Talk to suppliers for prices and updates
  • Help run weekly product meetings
  • Work with Marketing, Quality Control & more
  • Set up rooms for inter-team meetings & events
  • Check out the competition with occasional shopping trips

What you need:

  • 2+ years admin experience, ideally in product marketing, buying or product development
  • Super organised, great at multitasking
  • Strong communicator, including working with overseas suppliers
  • Love a to-do list and getting things done
