Area to be covered: North West (however would be open for the right candidate and will be able to go after project Nationally)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + negotiable commission scheme

The role of the Senior Business Development Manager Natural Stone Products will involve:

Area Sales Manager position selling a range of interior & exteriors natural stone systems

Can be used for exterior & interior application

Once up and running would look to build a sales team

Route to market will be determined on your experience as our client is new to the market place

For example: builders merchants, specifiers, architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, developers, housebuilders route to market will all be considered

1 day from home 4 days out on the road

Ideally based North West would consider slightly off patch for the right candidate

The ideal applicant will be Senior Business Development Manager Natural Stone Products with:

Must have a proven track record in field based sales role selling an associated building product such as: natural stone, concrete, cladding, facades, interiors stone, tiles, building envelope, roofing etc

Must be experienced and able to hit the ground running as our client is new the market

Must have sold to builders merchants, specifiers, architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, developers, housebuilders Ideally experienced getting products specified with architects

Ideally managed a sales team previously

Ideally experience of conducting CPD Presentations

Technical and on-site experience with building materials

Genuine get up and go, determined and tenacious, make a good impression
