BMSL are currently recruiting an MechanicalSite Supervisor for a prestigious residential scheme consisting of 550 apartments across 6 blocks in Birmingham city centre.
Previous experience supervising on similar contracts is preferred and an SSSTS is essential. The scheme is due for completion in July 2026. Our client will consider either cards-in or contract on a CIS basis.
This will be a non-working role, managing all Mechanical subcontract labour packages and materials.
CV and copies of any relevant industry cards are required on application.
