The successful candidate will be responsible for being the intermediary between the shop floor & Production Management. You will have more of a focus on the day to day running of the department, driving key metrics, training & developing of staff.

Description
- Lead and manage a team of Production Team Leaders & operatives
- Drive production efficiency and quality.
- Implement safety regulations and standards in the production process.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage production schedules and timelines.
- Provide regular reports on team performance and production output.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them.
- Provide hands-on support to the team when necessary.
MONDAY - FRIDAY 14:00 - 22:00
Profile
A successful Production Lead should have:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
- Ability to implement safety regulations and standards.
- Proven track record in managing production schedules and timelines.
- Capability to identify and implement process improvements.
