A Production Team Leader is required to effectively manage and lead a team within my clients Operations department. The role focuses on ensuring the production line operates efficiently, meeting productivity and quality standards. You will be the interim between the line & the Management team.

Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the production line.
- Ensure team meets set productivity targets.
- Maintain high quality standards throughout production processes.
- Implement and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Provide training and support to team members as necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues.
- Report on team performance and suggest improvements.
