Required Experience
- 20 years experience
- Extensive experience leading large divestiture programmes
- Extensive experience delivering complex programmes in FS Sector
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal counsel, and financial advisors.
- Develop and implement a plan for the separation of the divested business from the parent company.
- Manage the transition of employees, assets, and liabilities to the new owner.

- Leadership across complex, global, matrix organisations working with a wide array of individual business lines
- Highly effective communicator
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
