Project Coordinator – 3-month contract – Outside of IR35

As the Project Coordinator – IT Separation & Divestment, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting the execution of infrastructure separation and data migration activities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within time-sensitive deadlines, ensuring that company assets, data, and IT systems are smoothly separated during divestitures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in IT infrastructure projects, and has a proven track record of successfully coordinating projects in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities of the Project Co-Ordinator

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, tracking, and delivery of IT separation and divestment projects, ensuring alignment with strategic timelines and objectives.
  • Timeline Management: Manage and monitor project schedules to meet tight deadlines, coordinating with teams across various departments, including IT, legal, finance, and operations.
  • Data & Infrastructure Separation: Collaborate with technical teams to support the separation of IT systems, infrastructure, and data, including migrating data to new environments while maintaining security and integrity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication channels.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to IT separations and divestments, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruption.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring all necessary resources and external services are aligned with project needs.

The successful Project Coordinator is required to work hybrid in Birmingham.
