Our client, a leading specialist contractor within the structural repairs market, are seeking an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager (depending on experience), to join their growing team in the Midlands.
The role
Overseeing multiple projects within their Severn Trent framework, reporting to the Regional Director.
Managing labour, sub contractors
Ensuring projects are completed to high standard within timescales.
Liaising with end client and building relationships
Essential -
Knowledge/background of concrete repair is essential
Water framework experience beneficial
SMSTS
Driving licence
Ideally HNC level qualified or equivalent
