Their portfolio includes large-scale office developments, high-end residential buildings, and state-of-the-art infrastructure solutions. Position: Project Manager

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum + Package

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple, varied construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, and stakeholder management while ensuring alignment with business goals. Your leadership and expertise will drive successful project outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid
