Senior Facilities Manager

Salary: £48,000 DOE base salary (£52,000 package including car allowance)

Location: Mobile covering Sheffield to Rochester (to be based in Midlands)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm

About the role:

To oversee compliance with the agreement between the Provider and the client for the delivery of services across the account whilst offering support to the team to ensure that work is delivered effectively, and the team can develop to achieve highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Contract Manager with on-going support to successfully coordinate delivery of services across Facilities Management duties and report to senior management with any risk or issues.
  • Responsible for Southern Region, ensuring TFM is delivered.
  • Covering for Contract Manager
  • Management of internal and external service delivery teams to ensure quality is provided and continually implemented to uphold customer expectations.
  • Completion of tasks to the standard ands specifications within a time frame in accordance with compliance.
