The Senior Project Manager Role

You'll oversee a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including Industrial, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure, and Retail. Projects typically range from 5m to 30m, with some major undertakings reaching up to 200m.

The Senior Project Manager

Ideally MRICS, though not essential
RICS-accredited degree qualification
Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is a MUST
Practical experience with construction procurement and contracts, especially JCT.
A proven track record of managing successful projects.
Highly driven, with a natural ambition to achieve outstanding results.
Comfortable managing projects from 5m to 30m, with some up to 200m
