The Senior Project Manager Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll join a vibrant, fast-growing company operating out of three strategic offices with a strong team of seven Project Managers in Birmingham. This is a key role where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's future success.

With a projected turnover of 2 million this year and ambitious plans to grow to 2.85 million next year, the firm is on an exciting journey to expand its group turnover from 8 million to 20 million over the next four years. With an impressive pipeline of secured projects, the consultancy is well-prepared to meet its expansion targets. Project values typically range from 300k to 60m, with one major scheme exceeding 400m.

The Senior Project Manager

The ideal Senior Project Manager will thrive in a welcoming and energetic environment, be motivated to work independently within a flexible company, and be passionate about contributing to the long-term growth of this client account.

You will also possess:

MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM or currently working towards ideally
Holds a BSc or MSc in Construction related field
Previous experience in a Project Manager role within a UK Consultancy, ideally operating at a senior level or looking to take a step up into a senior role
A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
JCT and NEC contract experience is highly desirable
