Senior Project Manager Role

The Senior Project Manager will join their project management team to work on a variety of public sector projects with a particular focus within the healthcare sector.

The Senior Project Manager will also work as part of their project management discipline across a wide variety of sectors with world leading blue chip clients, sports and leisure, automotive OEM's, ground-breaking R&D organisations including defence, and some of the best academic research institutes.

Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities

Ability to lead and successfully deliver projects and manage client relationships, including business development
Proven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required
Experience within mixed use urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential and placemaking) and/or healthcare would be beneficial
Experience across the pre-construction stages of a project
Experience of report writing

Senior Project Manager Role - Requirements

BSc Construction Project Management
MAPM / ChPP / MRICS / MICOB
General Commercial experience
Experience of being the named NEC ECC Project Manager
NHS Project Delivery Experience
An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with inquisitiveness, diligence and resilience
Excellent communication skills
Be able to articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams.
You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams to complete projects successfully.
