  • Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commercial mindset to identify additional business opportunities.
  • This remote-based position offers a salary of £40,000 to £50,000, with travel required for project delivery and installation.
  • The company values culture and accountability, aiming to deliver high-quality projects in various signage categories.

No pressure but this vacancy is strategic in the growth of the company.  Love that responsibility? This could be for you.

You know a thing or two about signage and graphics. You need to for this one as there's no time to bring you up to speed with the technicalities of the print and signage industry. Ideally, you'll be a Project Manager already, if not, then perhaps you've been in sales and looking for something less new business, or you're experienced in Production but want something more client-facing.

Client-facing this will be, so you've got to be ok to travel.

The expansion has come about because this Belfast-based signage company needs somebody to cover the mainland for them. This will be a remote-based role but with projects in the North, Midlands and South, you will be traveling about, and often.

As a Signage Project Manager, you'll be responsible for everything in the project. Site survey, estimating, internal management, external management, subcontracting, client interaction and being on-site for delivery/installation.

As somebody in the signage and print industry already, you know that things can be complex, time frames move so this is all about organisation, communication and delivering on what you say you're going to do.

You will be the one covering England with multiple projects at one time. You're going to be the first one in for this strategic expansion. Your team are based in Belfast. You'll be included and will feel welcome from day 1. As a PM, you'll be part of the daily call with the Senior Management Team, keeping you in the loop and part of the flow of the business.

Whilst it isn't experience you need to have, there will be an expectation for you to keep your eyes and ears open for additional business. Be it in current customers and projects or following up a lead that you have seen. So solid commerciality would be a huge benefit.  Not cold calling, but more aligned to chatting and asking if there's other work that you can assist with.

This business and the projects they work on are second to none. Award winning. Genuine award-winning, I know as I awarded them one when I sponsored an event they won for The Sign & Wrap Awards.

You'll be part of a small but dynamic team. There are 19 of them. Culture is massively important. You will be held accountable. You will be expected to deliver on what you say you're going to do but also you will be a huge team player and supportive of the vision, the motivation and ultimately the service the business offers to your customers.

Projects will vary massively. Think Wayfinding, Architectural signage, glass manifestations, exterior signage, shop facias, vehicle livery and everything else in between. Working with some amazing projects, clients and people.

If this sounds like it could be right up your street, give the team a call and introduce yourself. No CV is needed at this point to have a chat, so don't let that stop you getting in touch.
