NPP are recruiting for an assistant buyer to join a reputable, fast growing, privately owned construction business.
Operating withina tier 1 company that still retains the personal touchyou will be focussed on working on projects within the commerical, living, education and healthcare sectors.
Key duties will consist of
- Supporting the head buyer
- Sourcing materials
- Negotiating and building relationships with suppliers
- Working to timeframes and budgets
- Monitoring market trends
- Maintaing records and the database
- Liasing with project managers and contractors
