Assistant Planner for a successful Midlands based House-builder:

• You’ll need to be degree qualified and be a member of the RTPI and/or RICS (or working towards).
• You will have experience or knowledge of the planning process including planning applications and appeals, and an interest in the development of land and property, have a diligent manner
• You will support the land and technical teams and duties will include investigating site feasibility, prepare planning applications, and maintaining an accurate record of time-constrained planning consents.

What we're looking for in our Assistant Planner? 

• The ‘musts’ are an RTPI or RICS-accredited degree,
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or working towards your qualifications)
• Full UK driving licence. You will also have a practical ‘hands-on’ approach and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
