Primary Responsibilities:-Research & deliver the implementation of overall Strategic Procurement for the business-Manage tactical procurement activities with daily routines and deadlines installed and adhered to.-Manage departmental KPIs and improvement targets-Manage supplier development planning with key supplier groups-Manage ongoing cost down program(s) and initiatives-Promote and deliver continuous improvement initiatives-Monitors suppler quality, initiating containment activity and agreeing sustainable corrective action with suppliers-Evaluate supplier performance on regular basis, putting development plans in place and validate/approve all major price increasesSkillset Requirements:-Demonstrable purchasing experience , manufacturing desirable but not essential
-CIPS qualified or working towards desirable
