Supporting the IT Portfolio & Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the portfolio plan (including budget management), demand management/capacity planning, performance monitoring - utilising data from various sources (internal and external) and assisting with contract and vendor management activities (including IT Asset Management & Software Licensing)
The successful candidate will possess:
- Vendor/Supplier management experience able to engage with/manage internal and external suppliers and other third-party service providers in a confident manner
- Strong experience in technology asset management (hardware and software)
- Commercial experience including financial management (from raising PRs to accruing POs to a multi-million-pound budget)
- Experience in resource and portfolio demand planning
- Strong data analysis and analytical skills, particularly with KPIs
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
