Your new role

An exciting opportunity to join the organisation in a newly created role as Procurement Lead - Process, Policy & Systems. You will be responsible for the review, development, implementation and training of procurement policies and procedures across the organisation. A key focus of the role will be the procurement functional lead for the implementation of new P2P and Supplier Relationship Management systems. You will develop new procurement process maps, and will communicate and embed, and drive compliance of procedures. You will be the procurement system SME and ensure that utilisation is maximised.Other responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end procurement cycle for all transactional spend and the supplier onboarding process.Following the system implementation, there will be an opportunity to scope and build a procurement operations team. What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will be a senior Procurement Manager with proven experience of leading operational procurement, as well as, developing and embedding procurement policies and procedures across a large and multi-region organisation. You will have expertise in implementing and managing procurement systems.You will have excellent project management and superb stakeholder management skills and will be highly analytical with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach. Significant experience within a Professional Services, Financial Services or corporate environment is preferred, and previous global exposure is highly advantageous. What you need to do now
