We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Building Services Supervisor to manage our custodial, janitorial, and cleaning services, as well as oversee repairs and maintenance of the school site. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the overall provision of custodial, janitorial, and cleaning services.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance of the school site.
  • Organise grounds maintenance and manage building projects.
  • Ensure site security, including operation of security alarms and responding to out-of-hours calls.
  • Ensure the building is opened and secured at the start and end of each day.
  • Conduct regular checks for vandalism and break-ins.
  • Manage health and safety regarding premises and maintain a log of safety issues.
