My Birmingham headquartered client, a key providor of transportation solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator
My Birmingham based client is is a leading provider of secure transportation solutions to a key UK based market.
As Service Delivery Coordinator reporting to the Service Manager you will:
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of operations, ensuring resources and staff are allocated effectively to meet service demands.
- Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ensure processes run smoothly across different departments.
- Monitor ongoing services and address any operational issues that arise, working with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible for reporting purposes.
- Assist in coordinating team meetings, training sessions, and other operational events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
The most suitable applicant for this Service Delivery Coordinator role will:
- Hold demonstrable experiance of workforce planning and deployment from any industry
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to use in MS Office and have experience using operational management software
Upto £35,000 per annum plus beefits.
