Our client, a multidisciplinary construction consultancy, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office. The Quantity Surveyor will work on various hotel and leisure projects, responsible for visiting sites across the UK, scheduling client meetings to discuss project updates, tendering contracts, and engaging in contract administration duties, both independently and as part of a team.
This client offers a comprehensive range of services, including Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying, and Principal Designer services, across diverse commercial sectors. They handle major development projects valued between 1 million and 100 million. Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Prior experience working consultancy / client side
- Ideally chartered or working towards this
- Full driving licence
