Our global client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) in the Birmingham area.
The role requires expertise in Contract, JCT, and NEC, along with cost management experience.
Candidates should have on-site experience with either main or sub-contractors, as well as skills in sub-contract package tendering and price negotiation.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with new builds and industrial sheds is advantageous for potential applicants.

Contract, JCT and NEC experience

Cost management experience

On site experience (main or sub-contractor)

Sub-contract package tendering, price negotiation, cost management and final account agreement

Preliminaries cost management

Take-off, sub-contract package BoQ production, tender document setup and price checking

MS Office suite and cost management software

Presentation preparation and cost reporting to management

Experience of new build, industrial sheds advantageous
