The Role

Join a dynamic and highly skilled Real Estate Finance Team, specialising in property investment, development, and financing transactions. You will act for lenders, borrowers, and sponsors, advising on complex financial arrangements across a variety of real estate asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating, reviewing, and finalising loan agreements, mortgages, debentures, guarantees, and priority deeds.
  • Advising on deferred consideration or overage structures.
  • Preparing detailed reports and certificates on title.
  • Drafting corporate approvals and board minutes.
  • Managing conditions precedent to drawdown, working closely with property and construction teams.
About You

You are an experienced legal professional with a proven background in real estate finance (2+PQE). You bring:

  • Expertise in property funding transactions.
  • A client-focused, commercial mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
  • A collaborative attitude, thriving in a multidisciplinary environment.
