An exciting opportunity for a career driven Sales Negotiator to join one of Birmingham's most well respected independent Estate Agency brands within their office in the city center. My clients have an excellent local reputation, with a growing business and are looking for a motivated negotiator to join them on this journey. 

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits

  • Basic of 25-26,000k basic plus commission 
  • Genuine OTE circa 35k+
  • Company pension
  • Business mileage at 45ppm

The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have at least 12 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed within the Estate Agency industry.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser
  • Booking viewings, matching vendor and purchaser to ensure every opportunity is maximised
  • Generating market appraisals
  • Conducting viewings and conduct pre and post appointment feedback
  • Negotiating the sale, achieve best price and deal for both parties
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst always having your own personally and team objectives in mind

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is ideal
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
