A leading legal services provider is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their high-performing part exchange team. This role involves managing quick-turnaround transactions for national housebuilders, with a focus on both leasehold and freehold properties.
Role OverviewCaseload:
- Manage a range of residential property transactions, including unregistered properties and part exchange purchases.
- Handle the full life-cycle of conveyancing, including drafting paperwork, addressing pre-contract enquiries, reviewing titles, negotiating contracts, and managing SDLT and Land Registry submissions.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience running a residential property caseload independently.
- Knowledge of both leasehold and freehold transactions is essential.
