A leading legal services provider is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their high-performing part exchange team. This role involves managing quick-turnaround transactions for national housebuilders, with a focus on both leasehold and freehold properties.

Role Overview

Caseload:

  • Manage a range of residential property transactions, including unregistered properties and part exchange purchases.
  • Handle the full life-cycle of conveyancing, including drafting paperwork, addressing pre-contract enquiries, reviewing titles, negotiating contracts, and managing SDLT and Land Registry submissions.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience running a residential property caseload independently.
  • Knowledge of both leasehold and freehold transactions is essential.
