Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage the team, and ensure branch targets and KPIs are met.
- Valuations: Conduct property appraisals and valuations, providing accurate market insights and pricing strategies to clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guide advice on buying, selling, and letting properties.
- Business Development: Promote the agency's services, generate new business, and ensure effective marketing of properties.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure transactions comply with legal and company standards, and maintain accurate records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in estate agency, with a focus on property valuations and branch management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of property markets and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
