Commercial Property Administrator - Birmingham - £25k
My client is a leading independent, Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up a successful business over many years. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have some property experience alongside very strong administration skills. You will need to be highly organised with a high attention to detail.
The role will involve dealing with enquiries, booking appointments, preparing details and organising keys and general administration.
Key Skills Required:
- Previous property administration experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Administration skill
- Strong IT knowledge
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10-3 on a Saturday (Saturdays will be worked on a rota basis and if you work a Saturday there is a half day off in the week)
