Estate Agent Branch Manager Auctions - Birmingham - up to £30k basic plus commission

My client is one of the leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many years. They are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager who will need good experience within Estate Agency and a proven track record in winning new business and running a successful sales team.

You will be managing the day to day running of the branch, carrying out valuations for auction sales and generating new business in order to drive this branch forward. You will be a real go-getter with a positive attitude with a proven record in winning business on valuations.

Main Duties for the Estate Agent Branch Manager Role:

  • Manage the Branch and 3 members of staff
  • Business generation
  • Valuations for Auction sales
  • Conduct daily team meetings to track performance and set goals
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with staff
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and standards

Key Skills for the Estate Agency Branch Manager Role:

  • Estate Agency Management experience is essential
  • Auction experience preferred but not essential
  • Proven record in generating new Estate Agency business
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Local and Knowledgeable about the area
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional and Positive attitude
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm NO Weekends
