Our client is a leading player in the food and agriculture sector, with a diverse portfolio spanning production, processing, and supply of essential food products. With a reputation for innovation and sustainability, they manage a vast range of agricultural and food production facilities across the UK. The company is committed to developing state-of-the-art farms and ensuring best practices in environmental and regulatory compliance, while supporting a broad network of farmers and suppliers. They are now looking for a skilled Estates Project Coordinator to help drive property-related projects within this growing and dynamic industry. The role will be remote, field based, with regular travel to sites across the UK required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage property maintenance, development, and administrative activities across the agricultural portfolio.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, complying with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and performance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including utilities providers, environmental agencies, designers, and local authorities, to facilitate project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records for property management, including maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance documents.
  • Support construction and development activities, particularly refurbishments and new farm creations.

About You:

  • Proven experience in property or facilities management, ideally within the agricultural sector.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a proactive, resilient approach.
  • Knowledge of Town and Country Planning and Environmental Permitting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home as required.
