Current vacancy for an interim Head of Estates for a leading HE organisation.

The role is available with an immediate start, reporting to the A/D Estates Operations.

Key duties will include,

Management of minor works projects up to £250k.
For the leadership and management of the Estates Operations and maintenance team.
Management of back log maintenance.
Liaising with senior manager within estates department.
Use of new technology including BIM.
Financial management including budget management and procurement of contractors and use of frameworks.
Available on a contract basis and potential for permanent position.
